Ring in the New Year Right

With a new year comes new resolutions... but why not start those resolutions now? This everyday morning smoothie is sure to get you on the right track AND it's easy enough to keep you there! Here are the ingredients you will need for our everyday smoothie:

  1. One scoop of the California Fitness Whey Protein Powder in the flavor Vanilla Creme

  2. One frozen banana

  3. 1/2 cup of ANY other frozen fruit (my favorite is strawberries)

  4. 1/2 cup of milk or milk substitute

  5. 1/2 cup of ice
